AD Web Services encountered an error while reading the settings for the specified Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services instance

“HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VMwareVCMSDS\Parameters | SSL Port value is created as a REG_SZ instead of REG_DWORD and the value is empty. So obviously set it to 636.”
